Hound Hacienda...

ACCOMMODATIONS

• Central air-conditioning and heating.
• 15 soft and fluffy dog beds to choose from
• Four “hound tested” and approved sofas
• Wading pools
• Toys, toys and more toys
• 24-hour a day supervised care and companionship
• Raised feeders
• Misters along the full length of patio.

With my home’s friendly, quiet environment, there are toy baskets, overflowing, “just for their pleasure.”  I provide 15 soft, clean dog beds throughout the house and on the outdoor, covered patio which extends the entire back of the house.  There are four “people” sofas for the “couch potatoes.”  I have my very own recliner, and once in a while I am offered a spot on a sofa. Wading pools are a necessity in our desert climate and there are several provided in my Ľ acre backyard. I supervise all play sessions and meals.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

For the families of my hound guests, you are welcome to send me a daily email to hear how the “kids” are enjoying their stay at “Hound Hacienda” and all the fun things they are doing.

REQUIREMENTS

I require proof of current veterinarian administered vaccinations for:

• Rabies
• Distemper
• Combination, and Bordetella

I have been dedicated solely to greyhounds since 1996; however, since starting my Hound Hacienda; I will house-sit non-greyhounds, over 30 lbs but only upon an interview and temperament profile. 

HOURS

Because Hound Hacienda is run in my home, I do not have kennel hours. Instead, I offer scheduled appointments for drop-off and pick-up of their “kids.” I also encourage you to set an appointment to stop by for a visit and see for yourself just how much fun the hounds are having.  You are also welcome to bring your hound's favorite bedding, treats, "jammies" etc.
